Cancel a subscription

Stop a subscription from renewing. Your license keeps working until the end of the current billing period.

Cancel from your account dashboard

1. Sign in at mmplugs.com/account.
2. Open Subscriptions.
3. Find the subscription you want to cancel and click Cancel auto-renewal.
4. Confirm.

The subscription is now set to expire at the end of the current period. You'll keep getting updates and support until then. After expiry, the plugin keeps working but stops receiving updates.

What happens to my license?

• Until expiry: full access, updates, and support.
• After expiry: the plugin keeps running on whatever version was last installed, but no further updates or support. You can re-subscribe any time to restore access.

Reactivate before expiry

Changed your mind? Open the subscription again in your dashboard and click Resume auto-renewal. You won't be charged again until the original renewal date.

Need to cancel and refund?

If you're within the refund window, see Refund policy. Otherwise, cancelling stops the next charge but doesn't refund the current period.
