Refund Policy

30 days, no questions, no forms.

Every paid MMPlugs plugin comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it isn’t working out within 30 days of purchase, email support@mmplugs.com from the address you used at checkout and we’ll refund the charge in full. We’ll also revoke the license key so you’re not left in a half-state where the plugin says you’ve cancelled but updates keep arriving.

How it works for subscriptions

We refund any monthly charge billed in the last 30 days. Annual subscriptions get a full refund within the first 30 days; after that, refunds on the remaining term are prorated at our discretion.

We don’t automatically refund a renewal that processed more than 30 days ago. If you forgot to cancel, email us anyway and we can usually find a fair middle ground. That’s goodwill, not a guarantee.

Cancelling without a refund

Open the Stripe customer portal link from your welcome email and cancel there. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, so you keep using the plugin until your existing seat expires. No proration needed.

If it’s a bug

If your refund is about something not working, include reproduction steps and we’ll take a look. We’d rather fix the bug and keep you than process the refund, but the choice is yours, and asking for the fix never costs you the 30-day window.

EU and UK customers

If you’re a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase. Our products are digital and delivered immediately, so at checkout you ask us to start supply right away and acknowledge the statutory 14-day withdrawal right ends once the download begins. Our 30-day money-back guarantee is more generous than that and applies to you regardless, and none of this affects your non-excludable rights under local consumer law.

Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of emailing us, we’ll revoke the license and refund the charge through Stripe so you’re not refunded twice. We’ll still respond, but a chargeback is a much slower path than a one-line email to support@mmplugs.com.

How to request a refund

Email support@mmplugs.com from your checkout email, tell us which plugin, and that’s it: no form, no reason required for the 30-day guarantee. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
