Terms and Conditions
What you get, what we ask of you, and what happens if things go sideways.
Last updated: June 5, 2026
These terms are a contract between you and MasseyMedia, Inc., doing business as MMPlugs (“MMPlugs”, “we”, “us”). They cover your use of MMPlugs.com and any plugins or subscriptions you buy here. By placing an order or using a plugin, you agree to them. If you’re agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you’re authorised to bind it.
What you get
A license to install and use the plugin (free or paid) on the number of WordPress sites your tier allows. Our paid plugins are licensed under GPLv2, the same license as WordPress itself, so you can copy, modify, and host the plugin code on your own servers.
What you can’t do: redistribute the paid plugin under another name as if it were yours, resell or sublicense access, share your license key publicly, or run it on more sites than your tier covers. We can revoke a key that’s being used outside these terms.
Accounts
You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials and license key secure, and for activity under your account. Tell us at support@mmplugs.com if you think a key has leaked and we’ll reissue it.
Updates and support
Paid licenses include plugin updates and email support for as long as the subscription is active. If you cancel, you keep the version you have and it stays installed and functional — we don’t ship code that stops working when a license lapses — but you stop receiving new releases through the updater.
Support runs from a real inbox, not a ticket queue. We aim for one working day and hit it most of the time. For an outage on a paying site, reply to your license email with URGENT in the subject to escalate.
Pricing, subscriptions, and billing
Stripe processes all payments. Subscriptions renew automatically on the same cadence (monthly or annual) at the rate you signed up at, until you cancel. We only change a renewal rate if we email you at least 14 days before that renewal.
You can cancel any time from the Stripe customer portal link in your welcome email. Cancellation stops future renewals; your license stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. Refunds are governed by our refund policy.
Prices are shown exclusive of any tax unless stated; where we’re required to collect VAT or sales tax, it’s added at checkout.
Acceptable use
Don’t use the site or plugins to break the law, infringe someone else’s rights, or attack our infrastructure (no scraping our license server, probing for vulnerabilities without permission, or attempting to bypass seat limits). We can suspend access for any of these.
Intellectual property
The MMPlugs name, logo, site content, and branding belong to MasseyMedia, Inc. The plugin code is licensed to you under GPLv2 as described above; everything else on this site is ours and isn’t part of that license.
Your data
We store the email you used at checkout, your Stripe customer ID, and the domains you’ve activated against. We don’t store payment card details — Stripe does. How we handle personal data is set out in full in our privacy policy.
Disclaimers
The plugins and site are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t warrant the software will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it’ll be compatible with every theme, plugin, or host. Run a staging environment and keep backups before updating a production site.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, MMPlugs won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the plugins or site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limits, in which case they apply to the maximum extent permitted, and nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
Consumers in the EU and UK
If you’re a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, by completing checkout and starting the download you ask us to begin supply at once and acknowledge you lose that 14-day withdrawal right once supply has begun. Your separate rights under our refund policy and any non-excludable statutory rights still apply.
Termination
You can stop using the plugins and close your account any time. We can suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms; the GPLv2 license on code you already have continues, but paid updates and support end.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; we’ll change the “last updated” date and, for material changes, give notice by email or on the site. Continuing to use MMPlugs after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that can’t be resolved by email will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to that jurisdiction. This doesn’t deprive an EU or UK consumer of the protection of mandatory laws in their home country.
