14-day money-back guarantee

We offer a no-questions-asked refund within 14 days of your first purchase of any MasseyMedia plugin. If you're not happy with the product, email support@mmplugs.com from the address on your order and we'll issue the refund.

What's eligible

• First-time purchases of any plugin within the 14-day window.
• Annual subscriptions, within 14 days of the initial charge.

What's not eligible

• Renewals. We send a reminder email 30 days before each renewal so you have time to cancel. Once the renewal charges, it's non-refundable.
• Purchases older than 14 days.
• Custom development or one-off services.

How to request a refund

Email support@mmplugs.com with:

1. The email address on your order.
2. The order number (in your purchase confirmation email).
3. A brief note on why — optional, but helpful for us.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days back to the original payment method.
