Transfer a license to a different site

Move an active license from one WordPress site to another — for example, when migrating from a staging site to production, or replacing an old domain.

Deactivate the old site first

1. On the old site, go to Settings → [Plugin name] → License.
2. Click Deactivate. This frees up the license slot.

If you no longer have access to the old site (it's been taken down, sold, or you've lost credentials), skip ahead to Transfer without deactivating below.

Activate on the new site

1. Install and activate the plugin on the new site.
2. Go to Settings → [Plugin name] → License.
3. Paste your license key and click Activate.

The license is now bound to the new site. Renewals and updates will continue normally.

Transfer without deactivating

If you can't deactivate the old site (lost access, site removed, etc.):

1. Sign in at mmplugs.com/account.
2. Open Licenses → [your license].
3. Click Manage sites and remove the inactive site from the list.
4. Activate the license on the new site as normal.

Multi-site licenses

If your license covers multiple sites, you can activate it on all of them without deactivating others, up to the seat limit on your plan.
