Change your account email

Change your account email

Update the email address tied to your MasseyMedia account. This is where invoices, renewal notices, and license keys are sent.

Update from your account dashboard

  1. Sign in at mmplugs.com/account.
  2. Open Profile.
  3. Change the email address in the Email field and click Save.

We'll send a confirmation link to the new address. Click it to verify the change. Until you confirm, invoices and renewal notices still go to your old address.

Forgot which email your account uses?

Check the From: line on any past invoice or license-delivery email from us. Or contact support@mmplugs.com with the domain where your license is activated and we'll look it up.

Want to merge two accounts?

If you've ended up with two accounts (separate emails, licenses on each), email support@mmplugs.com and we'll consolidate them.
