Activate your license

Activate your MM CRA Toolkit license

Pro features — multi-plugin support, the Plugin Scanner, OSV.dev monitoring, and Compliance Bundle export — unlock with a license key. The free tier needs no license.

After purchase

You’ll get an email with your license key, a link to the plugin zip, and a link to set a password for your MMPlugs account. If it hasn’t arrived within a few minutes, check spam, then email [email protected] with the address you used at checkout.

Paste your key

  1. Install and activate the toolkit (see Install).
  2. Go to CRA Toolkit → License.
  3. Paste your key and click Activate. The toolkit handshakes with mmplugs.com and locks the seat to your site’s domain.

You should see Status: Active within a second or two. Validity is cached for 24 hours and re-checked daily in the background.

How the tiers work

The toolkit is licensed by the number of plugins you cover, not by sites. Every tier allows unlimited sites (dev, staging, production).

  • Solo — $149/year, 1 plugin
  • Studio — $399/year, up to 5 plugins
  • Unlimited — $999/year, unlimited plugins

The toolkit counts distinct plugin slugs in the audit log. Generating an artifact for a new plugin while at your cap is refused with an upgrade message; plugins already covered keep working. The License page shows “N of X plugins covered” with the slug list.

Transfers and the grace window

Move a seat between sites in one click from the License page — it verifies activation proof first, so a seat can’t be taken by anyone who just knows your domain. License-gated features keep working through a 14-day grace window during transient network outages; after that they hard-stop with a clear “Re-activate” message and a countdown.

License watermark

Every SBOM, Declaration of Conformity, and Compliance Bundle you generate carries a 16-character sha256(license_key + site_domain) fingerprint, shown on the License page, so a leaked artifact traces back to the buyer. See License watermarking.

Common activation errors

  • Invalid license key — copy the whole key including dashes from your email.
  • Plugin not covered / at cap — add the plugin to your covered list, or upgrade your tier.
  • License expired — renew from your account; the plugin keeps working but stops receiving updates.
  • Could not reach license server — confirm the host can reach mmplugs.com on port 443.
